About the Role

We're looking for a sharp Business Analyst to partner with our Chief Product Officer in driving data-informed product decisions. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the product portfolio
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation studies
• Support product roadmap prioritization with data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on requirements gathering
• Model business cases and ROI projections for new product initiatives
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years business analysis experience, preferably in product or tech environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
