Requirements
- Visit multiple outlets daily to monitor overall performance.
- Ensure strict execution of SOPs (Front-of-House, Back-of-House, food handling, cashiering, safety procedures).
- Maintain high standards of service quality, food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Identify operational issues on-site, provide immediate feedback, and follow up on improvements.
2. Staff Performance & Team Support
- Observe performance of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff; identify training needs.
- Guide and support outlet teams to improve service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor overall staff morale and assist in resolving operational challenges.
3. Process Management & Improvement
- Review inventory processes to ensure accurate stock usage and minimal wastage.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and standardization across outlets.
- Support process optimization to ensure consistent product quality.
4. Reporting & Operational Analysis
- Prepare regular outlet inspection reports with key findings and improvement actions.
- Analyse operational KPIs, including sales, costs, manpower, and wastage.
- Provide recommendations to enhance overall operational performance.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with store managers, central kitchen, HR, procurement, and admin teams.
- Support the implementation of new policies, menu items, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in Singapore.
- Experience in multi-outlet supervision or area management is a strong advantage.
- Able to travel across multiple outlets daily (East / West / North depending on assignment).
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, SOP enforcement, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving ability with confidence in making on-site decisions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.
- English proficiency is required for workplace communication.
Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage as this role interacts with Mandarin-speaking employees. - Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
