Requirements:
- Oversee the daily operations of healthcare support staff (e.g., Health Attendants, Mortuary Attendants, Emergency Medical Technicians).
- Manage manpower deployment, rostering, attendance tracking, and leave coverage.
- Act as the main liaison between the company, hospital management, and on-site supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with service KPIs, infection control standards, and safety policies.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate audits or site inspections.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to maintain service quality and professionalism.
- Handle incident investigations, staff grievances, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Health Sciences, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, environmental services, or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of hospital operations, infection control, and staff deployment.
- Able to work independently, handle emergencies, and communicate effectively with hospital personnel.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
