General ManagementJob Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day activities across service sites to ensure timely and quality execution
• Manage procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and supporting documents for bids
• Support the adoption of digital tools for operations tracking and reporting
• Assist the Director in business development strategies, focusing on digital transformation products and services for our clients.
• Liaising with external parties (MOM, BCA, WSH bizSAFE, SSG etc.) to ensure smooth facilitation of courses
• Perform Company HR activity.
• Environment scanning, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and creating corresponding strategies and action plans.
Job Requirements
• Experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business, or related field
• Experience in Training Management, Recruitment, Business Development and Operational Management
• Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work
• Solid leadership skills and a proven ability to build great teams is required
• Proven analytical and project management skills
