Responsibilities:

Develop and execute operational strategies and annual business plans for overseas markets.

Oversee store operations performance and ensure service and brand standards are met.

Build operational systems, SOPs, and performance management frameworks for international markets.

Collaborate with headquarters teams (product, marketing, supply chain, HR) to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead new market entry projects and pre-opening preparations for new stores.

Manage and coach cross-country teams to achieve business objectives and team development.

Regularly analyze and report operational KPIs, and propose improvement plans to management.\t

Job Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of F&B or retail industry experience, including 5 years in senior operations management.

Proven experience in regional or multi-country operations management.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills.

Excellent communication and cross-cultural management ability.

Proficient in both Mandarin and English for business communication.
