Job Description

1. Oversees day-to-day operations, improving efficiency and managing staff to ensure the company runs smoothly and achieve its goals.

2. Ensure compliance and coordinating between departments to increase productivity.

3. Supervise daily operations and quality control to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to high standards

4. Recruit, train and mentor staff, set expectations and monitor performance to maximise productivity and skill development.

Job Requirement

2. Able to stay calm in stressful situation

3. Able to motivate team, make decisions and direct operations

4. Effective verbal communication with for interacting with employees and stakeholders

5. Able to manage resources, coordinate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations

6. Workplace will be in the Eastern Region of Singapore

7. Have at least 3 years of F&B and Hotel experience
