Handle and coordinate import/export airfreight bookings
Prepare air waybills (AWB), export permits, invoices, and packing lists
Work closely with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents
Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Provide regular updates to customers and respond to enquiries
Coordinate with internal teams like warehouse and operations to ensure smooth delivery

Job requirement:

Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight import /export operations or freight forwarding is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
