Qualifications
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement construction processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or disputes.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with procurement teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, communicating project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Participate in the preparation, review and submission of tender documents, including pricing, technical submissions, and scope clarifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex onstruction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
