We're seeking a Product Business Analyst to act as a bridge between Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, this role goes beyond coordination - it is accountable for turning product delivery into measurable business outcomes, including revenue impact.
You'll streamline execution, communication, and feedback loops while also ensuring that every feature shipped is positioned, adopted, and monetized effectively. Success in this role will be measured not only by operational excellence but also by contribution to revenue growth, customer adoption, and retention.

Requirements:
We're seeking a Product Business Analyst to act as a bridge between Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, this role goes beyond coordination - it is accountable for turning product delivery into measurable business outcomes, including revenue impact.
You'll streamline execution, communication, and feedback loops while also ensuring that every feature shipped is positioned, adopted, and monetized effectively. Success in this role will be measured not only by operational excellence but also by contribution to revenue growth, customer adoption, and retention.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Product Operations & Delivery
- Keep backlog, releases, and documentation organized so the Product Owner and engineering team can focus on building.
- Ensure features are validated and delivered in ways that support market and business needs.
- Continuously improve processes to reduce friction and accelerate product delivery.
2. Commercial & Go-to-Market Enablement
- Translate features into value propositions and sales-ready narratives.
- Maintain up-to-date enablement materials (messaging, decks, battlecards, demos) that directly support revenue teams.
- Act as a product resource for pre-sales (helping win deals) and post-sales (helping retain and expand accounts).
- KPI: measurable contribution to pipeline velocity, win rates, upsells, and retention.
3. Insights & Business Impact
- Track adoption, usage, and customer engagement; connect these trends to business outcomes (ARR, churn reduction, expansion).
- Gather and synthesize customer and market feedback into insights that inform both product roadmap and revenue strategies.
- Provide the Product Owner and leadership with reporting that ties product performance to revenue impact.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Growth
- Act as the communication hub across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS to keep launches, campaigns, and customer engagement aligned.
- Drive initiatives that accelerate adoption and growth, such as onboarding improvements, upsell plays, and churn-prevention projects.
- KPI: success measured by adoption rates, deal influence, and commercial readiness across the org.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Operations Specialist, ideally in SaaS or product-led growth environments.
- Strong commercial orientation - you care about how product delivery translates into pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and enablement skills.
- Comfortable working with feedback and usage data to tell a business story (SQL/analytics tools a plus, not required).
