Job Descriptions:

Processing
  • Processing and/or authorization of corporate actions events which include but are not limited to:

- Dividend, Rights, Bonus issue, Split, Cash and Exchange Offer
- Annual / Extraordinary meeting
- Adhoc Asset Servicing Assignments (eg. Tailored Corporate Action Handling)
  • To ensure compliance to standards and guidelines within the area of responsibilities, where applicable.
  • Perform reconciliation of cash/securities entitlements for each CA event as part of the processing and/or authorization of the CA events, to investigate and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner.

Control
  • Perform End of Day control checks and ensure BAU task are completed
  • Perform Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) checks
  • Ensure that exception processing is completed according to the conditions set in the approval
  • Perform post event reconciliation of cash/securities entitlements, to investigate and close reconciliation breaks timely.

Query Management
  • Ensure all queries from Business is resolved within expected timeframe or escalated to the correct parties

Change Management
  • Identify control gaps and work with team to review process efficiency and deliver improvements
  • Participate in projects as and when required
  • Handle adhoc assignments/projects/initiatives as assigned

Period:
  • Immediate to 30 Dec 2026 (subject to extension)

Location:
  • Raffles Place x1
  • Tampines Central x1

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:
  • Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum degree holder in relevant field of education and willing to learn
  • Preferably have 3 years experience in Private Bank Operations especially in the area of Corporate action
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Clear written & verbal communication skills with all levels of staff
  • Client-oriented mindset
  • Meticulous and good team player
  • Ability to work independently & drive initiatives forward until delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively with both Front Office and Support staff, at all levels.
  • Ability to work & deliver under time pressure
  • Proactive in identifying any process gaps, providing or suggesting solutions to improve productivity
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc system testing
