Requirements
- Oversee and streamline the overall operations of the Restaurant.
- Manage staff schedules, inventory, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Address customer complaints, ensure food quality, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to comply with local laws and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and third party vendors.
Requirements
- Work experience as a GeneralManager or similar role in a restaurant
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management is a plus.
- Understanding of food hygiene
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good Marketing skills, event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Accounting software and payroll software knowledge is a plus
