What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent service and quality food
Drive daily sales and store performance targets
Oversee store operations - from food prep to cash handling and inventory
Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Train and develop team members to reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

✔️ At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B or retail leadership
✔️ Strong team management and communication skills
✔️ Hands-on attitude - not afraid to jump in when needed
✔️ Passion for great food and service
✔️ Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
