With a growing presence in the Singapore market, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our local operations and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Singapore branch, including sales, purchasing, warehouse, and administration.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals and profitability targets.
• Lead and motivate the local team to deliver strong sales performance and excellent customer service.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, customers, and key business partners.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and cost efficiency to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
• Prepare sales and financial reports, and provide updates to top management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in automotive parts, logistics, or trading industry.
• Proven track record in leading business operations and achieving sales growth.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Independent, results-driven, and capable of managing cross-functional teams.
• Singaporean or PR preferred.
