1. Role Description:

This position reports to the Director daily and will manage all the work that goes on in the warehouse, ensure that safety & security measures for the warehouse is at the highest standard.

2. Specific Responsibilities:

Individual to be involved in:

1. assist the Director in managing operations including equipment maintenance, purchases, maintain healthy inventories level and documentations of inventories

2. coordinate with the team on the delivery/receiving date and make arrangements for the goods to be stored away

3. ensure that safety & security measures for the warehouse is at the highest standard

4. work closely with team to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse

5. organize and maintain Goods Inventory records and maximize storage areas

6. ensure working environment is in compliance with all local regulations and standards
