Nice Beauty Studio is looking for a motivated and experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily salon operations and ensure an exceptional client experience.
You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining service quality, and supporting business growth through operational excellence and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and salon presentation
• Handle client enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of products and supplies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
• Track sales, targets, and overall salon performance
• Assist with promotional activities, marketing, and customer engagement
• Manage cash handling, POS closing, and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business Management, Beauty Therapy, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of salon, spa, or retail management experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of hair, beauty, or aesthetic services preferred
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required
