Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and consistent service standards.

Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and frontline teams to achieve business KPIs.

Develop and implement operational strategies, cost-control plans, and performance improvements.

Review sales reports, manage P&L, and recommend initiatives to increase profitability.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and manpower regulations.

Coordinate with the central kitchen, HR, and marketing teams on new product launches and promotions.

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Requirements

Singapore Citizen or PR only

Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, or related fields

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Minimum 5 years of F&B management or multi-outlet operations experience

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Willing to perform regular outlet visits and work on weekends or public holidays (with off-days in lieu)
