Solution Architect

The technically proficient and business-savvy Solution Architect will support our Business Development team in delivering cybersecurity solutions to partners and end users. This role involves presales consultancy, proposal development, Proof-of-Concept (POC) execution, and deployment support across a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity technologies.

In this role, you will:

• assist Business Development Managers in partner and end-user engagements by providing technical consultancy and solution mapping.

• design and architect cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer requirements and infrastructure.

• conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and live demonstrations.

• lead and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), including setup, testing, and evaluation reporting.

• prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, and solution documentation.

• provide end-to-end support for deployment planning and post-sales technical guidance.

• collaborate with vendors and internal product teams to ensure solution alignment and readiness.

• support Business Development Manager in deal closures

• undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned to support business and operational needs.

About You

• Graduated with Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields of study.

• Has relevant years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solution architecture, and/or technical consultancy.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, identity management, and cloud security.

• Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.

• Familiar with government and enterprise procurement processes.

• Experience with vendor technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Trend Micro, or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple engagements and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
