The Operations Executive will rotate between different aspects to assist with various Operational aspects however with a focus on the Export team.

Import

• Receiving Overseas pre-alert and preparing all necessary documents for customs clearance and submitting the clearance through Tradenet thereafter.
• Liaising with clients on import related issues / declarations and with transport team on delivery.

Export

• Process air booking via CCN
• Rates sourcing with the airlines
• Liaising with customer for daily export jobs
• Execute AWB and other necessary documents
• Custom permit declaration(TRADENET) for all export shipment to make sure it comply to the Singapore custom regulations
• Arrange pick up with domestics team to make sure goods been pick up accordingly
• Billing charges entered for each shipment and job file closing
• Handle customer's enquiries or emails promptly
• Co-ordinate with export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Ensure compliance to customer's standard operating procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma and above in Logistics / Business Administration
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Prior Experience in Logistics Environment
• Experience in declaring Customs Permit / Tradenet will be an advantage
• Diploma / Degree candidates without experience may be considered
