Job Summary / 职位概述:
The Store Manager is responsible for leading overall salon operations, managing staff performance, maintaining service quality, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
1. Daily Operations Management / 日常运营管理
• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• 协调店铺日常运营,确保客户满意度与门店运作顺畅。
• 监督店内卫生,服务品质及流程效率。
2. Team Leadership & Staff Management / 团队领导与员工管理
• Plan and arrange staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
• 负责店员排班,考勤与工作任务分配。
• 对员工进行培训与指导,激励团队达成业绩目标。
3. Customer Service & Consultation / 顾客服务与咨询
• Assist in client consultations, handle customer feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• When necessary, perform treatments and support staff in serving customers.
• 协助顾客咨询,及时处理顾客反馈和问题。
• 在需要时参与护理项目,支持护理师完成服务。
4. Sales & Performance / 销售与业绩管理
• Manage sales goals, monitor performance, and implement promotional strategies.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to ensure revenue growth.
• 管理销售目标,执行促销活动与业绩跟进。
• 监督销售数据与服务表现,确保业绩稳步提升。
5. Inventory & Supplies / 库存与物资管理
• Monitor product usage and maintain sufficient inventory levels.
• Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers.
• 管理库存,监控产品消耗,确保物资供应充足。
• 负责补货申请与供应商协调。
6. Recruitment & HR Support / 招聘与员工支持
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
• Assist in employee communication, team building, and conflict resolution.
• 协助招聘新员工,入职培训与员工关系维护。
• 促进良好团队氛围,协助处理员工沟通与问题解决。
Work Schedule / 工作时间
• 6 days per week, 1 rest day (minimum 44 working hours weekly).
• Public holidays can be replaced with time-off, or paid at 3x daily rate if required to work.
• 每周工作6天,休息1天(每周须满44小时)。
• 公共假期可调休,如需上班则当日工资按三倍计算。
Compensation & Benefits / 薪资与福利
• Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 per month
• Service Commission: 6%
• Sales Commission: 2%
• Annual Leave: 7 days per year (accrued monthly, up to 14 days)
• Sick Leave: 14 outpatient + 60 hospitalization days (as per MOM regulations)
• Insurance: Medical and hospitalization insurance provided
• Accommodation: Provided by company, utilities included within reasonable use
• Meals: Provided during working hours
• Transportation: Not provided
薪资待遇:
• 底薪 SGD 3,000/月
• 服务提成 6%

Requirements / 任职要求
• Minimum 3 years of salon or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle both operational and service responsibilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English preferred (to communicate with local and Chinese-speaking clients).
• At least a Diploma in Business, Beauty, or related field preferred.
