Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of ready-mix batching plant to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules for concrete to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all production and delivery acticities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor raw material usage and stock levels; coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate plant supervisors, drivers, and operation staff to achieve performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Liase with relevant goverment agencies for land applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experiences.
• Strong knowledge of concrete ready-mix concrete operations, including control standards.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Posses Class 3 license / own vehicle.
