Lead Solution Architect

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of technology solutions across key business domains & shape system architecture to meet business needs, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and drive simplification and cost-effective design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that support business goals and align with enterprise technology standards.
• Ensure architectural solutions are efficient, scalable, and reduce unnecessary complexity.
• Work closely with delivery teams from planning through deployment, providing guidance on architecture decisions.
• Review and approve design documents, system requirements, and deployment plans.
• Manage and collaborate with vendor architects and ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Promote reuse of existing platforms, tools, and services where feasible.
• Communicate architectural direction to stakeholders and support teams during implementation.
• Ensure compliance with architecture and security governance processes.
• Collaborate with domain and enterprise architects to ensure cross-domain alignment and share practical feedback.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in solution or enterprise architecture within complex, large-scale environments.
• Strong background in system design, development, integration, and performance analysis.
• Experience in integration, B2B/B2C systems, and service-oriented architectures.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems, BPM, business rules engines, mobile platforms, and modern architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with logistics or transportation industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading large technical projects and working across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data analytics, NLP is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant architecture certifications are preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
