Job Summary:
The Process Innovation Executive/Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across logistics operations. This position supports new business proposals, establishes optimized operating models, and collaborates with the HQ PI (Process Innovation) team to enhance process design, automation, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of new business proposals, including operational models, cost analysis, and setup plans.
2. Lead the setup of efficient operating environments for new sites, ensuring seamless establishment and stabilization.
3. Collaborate closely with HQ PI (Korea) to design and implement standardized processes, system automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Develop and maintain SOP-based inspection and operation management guidelines.
5. Oversee the stabilization of new operations and respond proactively to setup challenges.
6. Conduct continuous risk assessments to identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
7. Drive cost optimization and operational improvement activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Innovation (PI) within warehousing or transportation.
• Proficient in business English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with overseas subsidiaries or global projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HRM performance analysis and data-driven communication.
• Prior experience in a global logistics company is an advantage.
