Work Schedule & Shifts

• Working Hours: This is a retail-rostered role with varying shifts:
  Mondays: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  Tuesdays - Saturdays: 11:00am - 8:30pm
  Sundays: 12:00pm - 6:30pm

Salary & Commission:

• Basic Salary: $2,500+
• Potential Gross Salary: $3,000+ (with commission)
  Days off: 4 days per month

• Oversee all daily operations of the fashion boutique.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to serve a diverse customer base.
