• Proven track record of successfully translating complex business problems into tangible Microsoft solutions.

• Deep functional expertise across multiple Microsoft clouds (like Sales, Service, and Marketing).

• Mastery of Microsoft configuration tools - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse

• Strong understanding of Microsoft data model, relationships, and data migration strategies.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and gap analysis.

• Understanding of best practices for user interface design and user adoption.
