• Plan schedules for specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilizing available manpower and equipment.
• Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Experienced in cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste.
• Perform cleaning in the premises using appropriate ride-on machinery and/or equipment with supplies as directed.
• Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations.
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
• In good physical health and able to work under pressure
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and other local languages
• Diploma Holder and above
• 3-5 years housekeeping / cleaning supervisory experience
