Job Scope:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in inventory records by performing monthly inventory stock counts and/or periodic cycle counts.
• To handle all the process transactions such as AMR, RTS and MRB.
• Organise warehouse space and arrange parts in a systematic manner.
• To manage inventory in-flow and out-flow with ERP system
• Ensure all shipments from vendors are consolidated efficiently and effectively to minimise freight charges as far as possible
• Liaise with customer's shipping department/freight forwarders, vendor's shipping department/freight forwarders and company's freight forwarders
• Ensure all imports and exports documents are maintained and filed
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and resolve any issues related to inventory or shipments.
• Provide total support to Sales, Purchasing and Production to ensure on-time delivery to Customers
• Provide total support during year-end annual stock-take
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse and shipping efficiency and productivity.
• Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory management, and customs procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
