General ManagementKey Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing) and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent).
- Serve as Program Director / Scrum Master for large-scale enterprise projects, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Provide functional consulting and business analysis to understand client requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design effective CRM solutions.
- Manage project governance, project lifecycle, and program reporting for multiple concurrent engagements.
- Ensure quality assurance, performance, and security compliance for delivered solutions.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Engage in pre-sales and proposal activities, including responding to RFPs, tender defenses, and scoping discussions.
- Mentor and lead teams of project managers, functional consultants, and technical specialists.
- Maintain strong relationships with government and enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 15-20 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM implementations.
- Experience in Cloud and On-Prem CRM projects, preferably for public sector clients.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Proven experience in program/project management, budgeting, resource planning, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification preferred.
- Microsoft Certifications such as MB-910, PL-900, SC-900 are a plus.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC (Sales & Distribution) is a plus.
