Job Summary :

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Work Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary : $2000-$2800

Job Description :

• \tEnsure all incoming & outgoing shipment and shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• \tEnsure all movements of materials are updated in system.
• \tEnsure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company's policies
• \tCollaborate closely with the warehouse / internal department to understand their requirements and priorities.
• \tPerform transactions in SAP system timely and accurately.
• \tMaintain and archive all incoming / outgoing documents.
• \tAccountable for inventory accuracy.
• \tUpdate NEA reports.
• \tPurchase of in-direct material.
• \tGenerate Weekly/Monthly stock count sheet.
• \tUpdate monthly discrepancy report.
• \tLiaison with freight forwarder / transporters / hauliers
• \tRelease outgoing shipment to forwarder.
• \tArrange local delivery.
• \tGenerate manual delivery note.
• \tEnsure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness housekeeping of the department.
• \tPerform transactions & documentation for RMA.
• \tPerform and create transaction Production Orders in the system.
• \tAny other ad hoc duties assigned
• \tPerform any other duty as assigned by Logistics Manager
• \tSecondary Roles:
• \tRevise & review incoming / outgoing process
• \tInitiate continuous improvement of warehouse operation.
