Job Responsibilities:

• Review and validate policy-related calculations (e.g., premiums, benefits) to ensure accurate migration and system integrity.
• Lead reconciliation of customer policy data between legacy and target systems, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Develop and implement controls to monitor and resolve data discrepancies throughout the policy lifecycle and migration phases.
• Coordinate resolution of data-related issues impacting customer accounts, working closely with Customer Service and Compliance teams.
• Liaise with Actuarial, IT, and Operations teams to resolve formula exceptions and data integrity issues.
• Design and execute test plans focused on financial accuracy, data completeness, and transaction integrity.
• Investigate data errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure migrated and operational data meet legal and contractual standards.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of validation results, remediation actions, and reconciliation findings.
• Present findings and resolution plans to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely issue closure.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy structures, actuarial calculations, and financial product features.
• Proven experience in data reconciliation and quality management within insurance operations.
• Familiarity with policy administration systems and data migration projects.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and financial logic.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in customer remediation and issue resolution in regulated environments.
