Job Responsibilities:

• Support projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and implementation.

• Gather and document business requirements, propose solutions aligned with objectives, and ensure alignment with stakeholders to meet project timelines.

• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, track and resolve defects with IT, and conduct post-deployment verification.

• Prepare training materials, conduct stakeholder training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
