- Apply deep expertise in capacity planning systems and industrial engineering principles to evaluate current practices and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with data science, operations, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are grounded in operational realities and deliver measurable impact.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives, guiding teams through change management and process redesign.
- Benchmark industry best practices and emerging technologies to inform transformation strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to engineering and planning teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, or transformation roles, with a strong focus on capacity planning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, ideally involving AI or advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a consultancy environment, with a proven track record of delivering transformation projects across diverse industries or clients.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in operational planning.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and planning tools is a plus.
- Certifications in project management, operations, supply chain, or transformation methodologies (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, CSCP).
