Join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager, where you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations for our 24/7 kiosk business. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless operations while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Operations Management

• Lead, coach and guide the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost efficiency targets
• Oversee and ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations including contingency planning, and risk mitigation
• Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
• Track, analyze, and submit accurate monthly management reports in a timely manner
• Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in operations management and team leadership
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
• Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
