Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Job Purpose

Help manage daily cleaning operations at client sites. Support the Operations Manager to make sure cleaning is done right, on time, and safely.

Key Duties

• Help schedule cleaning teams for offices, homes, and commercial buildings.
• Visit job sites to check if cleaning meets quality standards.
• Talk to cleaning staff and supervisors to fix problems.
• Help keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Write simple reports on team work and client feedback.
• Help train new cleaning staff.
• Work with customers to solve complaints.
• Follow safety rules (MOM & SG Clean standards).

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning, facilities, or operations.
• Must have experience supervising cleaning teams (10+ workers).
• Must be able to walk, stand, and visit sites daily.
• Must be able to lift and carry light equipment (e.g., cleaning tools, reports).
• Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays when needed.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English (to write reports and talk to clients).
• Must know how to use basic apps or tools (like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or scheduling apps).
