- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
- Conduct systems analysis to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, epics, and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and QA.
- Assist in preparing test plans, defining test scenarios, and managing test execution.
- Support project planning and contribute to upcoming initiatives by preparing documentation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help coordinate defect resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in preparing business cases and impact assessments.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
