The Logistics Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of the company's training programs. This role is responsible for delivering and collecting training materials to and from onsite classes, maintaining equipment, supporting product deliveries and sending of trainers to training sites as required. The Logistics Driver ensures all materials and equipment are in working order, has good driving habits while safely operating the company's vehicle.

This role is responsible for delivering and collecting training materials to and from onsite classes, maintaining equipment, supporting product deliveries and sending of trainers to training sites as required. The Logistics Driver ensures all materials and equipment are in working order, has good driving habits while safely operating the company's vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Collection
- Transport training materials and equipment to onsite classes across Singapore.
- Collect materials and equipment from completed classes and return them to the office.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items.
Equipment & Materials Management
- Check that all training materials and equipment are complete and in proper working condition before and after delivery.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
- Report any damage, malfunctions, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
Vehicle & Transportation
- Safely operate the company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Plan routes efficiently to optimize delivery schedules.
Additional Duties
- Assist in product deliveries or other logistic needs as required by the company.
- Support operations team with ad-hoc tasks related to logistics and training setup.
Skills & Competencies Needed :
- Valid Singapore driving license and clean driving record.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and managing the servicing of the vehicle.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure equipment and materials are complete and functional.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with the operations and training teams.
- Physically able to handle loading/unloading of equipment and materials.
