Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and plan site activities to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of interior projects.
• Support the Project Managers in developing budgets, schedules and work plans.
• Manage and coordinate with sub- contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Source and engage sub-contractors for costing and project execution.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to address project-related matters.
• Conduct site measurements, audits, and provide on-site management and technical support.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations and tender submissions when required.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in interior fit-out projects
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings and familiar with technical/operational processes
• Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player with good communication skills
• Willing to travel overseas for assignments
