Job Description - Logistics Personnel

• Arrange deliveries according to delivery plans provided by the planner.

• Liaise with customers to inform them of delivery schedules and timings.

• Coordinate deliveries and collections of trailers.

• Schedule and deploy the company's own prime mover(s) for transportation.

• Ensure smooth communication between planner, customers, and transport team.

• Monitor and update delivery/transportation status.

Requirements - Logistics Personnel

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transport scheduling (preferably in construction/steel industry).

• Knowledge of transport arrangements, prime mover bookings, and trailer operations is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with customers and vendors.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight schedules.

• Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
