Dolphin Dynamics Labs is a fully funded start-up based in Singapore. We design, develop, and support SafeDay, our in-house SaaS platform and App that helps frontline workers in high-risk industries work safely every day.

Our userbase is growing and we are looking for a Systems Analyst / Technical Writer to join our highly skilled and dynamic DevOps team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the users across the world, the founders and development team, shaping how our users experience and engage with our platform.

What You'll Do:

• Support our customers and DevOps by analysing user request, troubleshooting and responding to users and articulating issues in a concise way so the tech team can resolve it quicky.
• Create high-quality documentation: user guides, knowledge base articles and release notes including highlighting new features.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations and diagrams.
• Develop video tutorials and step-by-step "How-To" content.
• Collaborate closely with the product and DevOps teams to deeply understand features and workflows.
• Participate in the delivery of new product releases by assisting with the testing of the SaaS platform and related App.
• Contribute to product design discussions with a keen eye for detail and usability.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience writing product documentation, technical guides, or training material.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to create visual aids (diagrams, etc.) and multimedia content (video tutorials).
• Comfortable working with SaaS applications and learning new tools quickly.
• Proactive, curious, and open to continuous learning.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and support product development.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in French.
• Prior experience in SaaS, safety tech, or B2B product environments.
