We are looking for canidates who are interested in KTV Pub Operation Manager Role.

Job responsibility includes:

- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks

- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations

- Keep Track of bills and collection of bills

- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

- Knowledge of Mandarin/Dialects is essential to handle older regular customer base.

Supervise staff. Promote the business. Handle feedback from customers. Ensure that equipment are properly maintained. Hire suitable staff. Discipline staff. Create promotion and gigs to drive business. Improve ambience of lounge.

Can be able to work on weekend public holiday and night shift, chinese well speaking write and read will be priority consider, having own basic customer base or contact will be a plu, attitute must be positive, coordinating all public relation activities. developing marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget tactics and online media.
