- Basic Salary $2600 + Shift Allowance + OT+ Variable bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks related to warehouse coordination, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on delivery schedules and container arrangements
- Maintain accurate documentation through proper classification, sorting, filing, and archiving
- Perform data entry to ensure information is captured accurately and kept confidential
- Prepare and submit daily warehouse operation reports on time
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments, suppliers, customers, and management
- Track and verify invoices from service providers for accuracy
- Support the overall administrative and clerical functions of the warehouse office
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in handling documentation/ administrative task will have added advantage.
- Willing to work in shift as it will compensated with shift allowance [Not Mid night shift, only Morning & Afternoon Shift]
