• Location: Tanah Merah (shuttle bus provided)

• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday) and 0900hrs-1300hrs (2 fixed Saturdays a month)

• 1 week of night shift: 1700 hrs - 0130 hrs

• AWS + VB

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor and plan space for loading of shipments to maximize efficiency
• Follow up on the status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated
• Work closely with airlines on inquiries regarding rates, tracking, and other matters
• Create, maintain, and review selling and buying rates from customers and carriers
• Ensure that all shipments are completed and uplifted on time at the agreed rate with the customer and airline
• Produce progress reports and profit/loss summaries for the team and stakeholders
• Handle RFQ and TENDER
• Coordinate with sales on inquiries and assist them in providing the best solutions
• Be familiar with all buying and selling rates from customers and airlines
• Plan all BUP shipments for consolidation

Job requirements:

• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
• 2 years of experience in the same industry or field, but no experience is also welcome
