Technical Skills
- Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application design
- To play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms particularly T24.
- Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development.
- Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows
- Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.
- Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
- Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
- Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions
- To work with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions
- Analyze and model securities trading lifecycle (Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds).
- To provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.
- Support Corporate Actions and SWIFT/MX integration.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Information Technology/ Computer Science/Related field
- 10 -14 years of experience in Temenos Platform
- Deep understanding of the private banking modules like Securities, Trade Finance, and Treasury, Derivatives
- Exposure to payment systems like SWIFT & SEPA
- Financial product knowledge - FX, Bonds, Structured products
- Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc
- Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
Technical Skills
- T24 release R13, R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes
- T24 performance optimization
- Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24
- Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practices
