As a Solution Architect, you are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of Anaplan financial planning solutions in strategic accounts. You will:

• Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional financial planning applications.
• Modify/extend existing applications/models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
• Serve as the architectural and domain SME for large-scale connected planning solutions, specific to financial planning.
• Exemplify The Anaplan Way
• Provide candid, important feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and team.
• Develop process, solution design, and model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.

Preferred skills and technical familiarity

• A Bachelor's Degree or significant similar experience
• 6+ years' experience implementing across any ERP systems and/or Enterprise Performance Management solutions, preferably within the financial planning domain.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modelling skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Shown ability to lead execute responsibilities simultaneously.
• Appetite for service excellence and a collaborative style
• Domain expertise in planning and modelling for Financial Planning (e.g., CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, etc.); experience in Workforce, Sales, or Supply Chain planning strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
