Location: CleanTech, Singapore (shuttle pickup at Westgate 8:00am)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
Compensation: S$10,000 basic + AWS & Variable Bonus (up to 3 months)

About the Role

• Lead and organize production teams to achieve capacity, yield, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish reporting rules and abnormal-event monitoring to minimize defects in mass production.
• Drive ramp-to-mass-production readiness and continuous improvement across operations.
• Implement KPIs, dashboards, and escalation mechanisms for stable, high-volume output.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree+ in Microelectronics/EE/Materials/Physics/Chem/IE (Master's a plus).
• 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience and 2+ years factory management.
• Hands-on mass production lifecycle experience (setup & ramp-up).
• Proven stakeholder management with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong communication in English; data-driven mindset and problem-solving.
