Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform logistics duty of receiving, picking, put away and shipping including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, packing, and palletizing for both import and export cargo in warehouse environment.
Ensure proper cargo check upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to the supervisor.
Ensure local shipments are arranged timely.
Update the status of import and export cargo upon receipt into the in-house ERP system.
Conduct periodical physical stock count in the warehouse and update records in the ERP system.
Perform labelling of AWB for export cargo.
Inventory management and stock check/count.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping.
Observe safe warehouse practices and security.
Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

Entry-level candidate with strong willingness to learn.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
Must be able to lift, move, and handle goods as part of daily tasks.
Basic knowledge of shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and AWBs will be advantage.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures will be an advantage.
