Golden Wood Marketing Pte. Ltd. is a leading fruits wholesale company specializing in the import and distribution of fresh fruits. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Import & Export Manager to join our team and support our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily import and export operations of fresh fruits.

• Ensure compliance with customs clearance, trade regulations, and documentation requirements.

• Identify and source reliable suppliers offering competitive pricing while maintaining product quality.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and cold storage facilities to ensure proper handling of perishable products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies.

• Prepare reports on procurement costs, supply chain performance, and market trends.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fruits import/export, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.

• Experience in sourcing and supplier management, preferably in the fruits or fresh produce sector.

• Ability to work in cold room environments as required by the nature of the business.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trade-related systems/software.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
