Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Strong command of English (written & verbal)
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Business/System Analyst in banking, financial institutions, or consultancy
• Experience and Knowledge in Name screening systems and operations is a plus.
1. Change & Release Management
- Lead and manage change requests and release pipeline activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of BAU and enhancement releases.
2. Planning & Coordination
- Plan and estimate effort for requirement gathering activities.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to align implementation timelines.
3. Requirements Gathering
- Drive stakeholder engagement to elicit, analyze, and validate business/system requirements.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis between current and proposed functionalities.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
4. Analysis & Solution Design
- Perform impact and risk assessments for functional and non-functional changes.
- Design solutions aligned with business needs, considering technical constraints.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams.
5. Development & Testing Support
- Support defect management through root cause analysis and resolution coordination.
- Clarify requirements for development and QA teams.
- Assist in SIT and UAT phases to ensure solution quality and coverage.
6. Documentation & Training
- Prepare functional specifications and supplementary documents (e.g., Interface Mapping, Configuration Management, User Manuals).
- Conduct user training and walkthroughs to ensure successful adoption of enhancements.
7. Escalation & Issue Management
- Proactively escalate issues to PM, Team Lead, and Team Head to ensure timely resolution.
