Our client is one of the leader in the banking industry, they are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support defect management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support defect tracking and follow-ups with users and technology teams.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and executing UAT and live verification (including weekends/late hours when required).
• Document test cases and results for fixes and regression testing.
• Maintain system parameters based on user requests.
• Participate in system enhancements and provide testing support.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of software testing or SDLC is an advantage.
• Flexible to support off-hours testing when needed.
