General ManagementKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage employee files, benefits administration, and compliance
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Manage purchasing of materials, tools, and equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and track purchase orders
- Supervise office staff and coordinate daily administrative functions
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records
- Implement and refine office systems, workflows, and processes
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and job costing coordination
- Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Prepare reports for company leadership as needed

Requirements:
- Min Master Degree in Business Adminstration
- Knowledge of basic purchasing or HR processes
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication abilities, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Able to speak and write fluent English and second language is a must (Bengali, Tamil or Mandarin)
