General Management- We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional teams, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent service delivery in line with the company's goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) to align operational strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff as needed.
- Handle vendor relationships and supply chain logistics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in an operations management or similar role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
